About This
- [ TIMEMORE Performance M01 Manual Coffee Grinder ] This burr coffee grinder is equipped with Pineapple stainless steel burrs, ensuring exceptionally uniform grinding. The beans are ground quickly and consistently to achieve optimal flavor. Ideal for Pour-over coffee (hand filter), French press coffee, and espresso coffee – a versatile hand coffee grinder for home or travel.
- [ Lens-Inspired Grind Adjustment System ] The adjustment dial of the M01 manual coffee grinder combines five metal components with lens-like precision, offering an ultra-fine adjustment of 0.0125 mm per click. This external adjustment dial delivers precise, reproducible clicks, giving baristas and enthusiasts complete control – perfect for dialing in espresso coffee or pour-over coffee.
- [ 44mm Pineapple Burrs ] The M01 is equipped with the Pineapple Burr – an innovative burr set featuring an extended grinding path that delivers performance comparable to 64mm flat burrs. The taller design increases contact between the bean and the burrs, reduces collisions, and minimizes irregular fractures. This makes the manual coffee grinder exceptionally consistent – whether for French press coffee or fine espresso coffee.
- [ Superfine Tolerances ] The M01 achieves an industry-leading burr gap tolerance of 0.0725 mm – the most precise of any TIMEMORE product to date. Custom-engineered P7 bearings ensure maximum stability with runout as low as 5 μm. This delivers the grinding accuracy required for demanding burr coffee grinders – from coarse French press coffee to fine espresso coffee.
- [ Award-Winning Industrial Design ] Out of thousands of entries, the M01 received a Good Design Award – one of the most prestigious honors in product design. Whether you need a hand coffee grinder for daily Pour-over coffee or a reliable manual coffee grinder for travel, the M01 delivers professional results.
