- Better Crema and Taste: Benifit from espresso shot will come in contact with no other surface than the bottom of the portafilter basket. No portafilter bottom and no spout. This keeps the tiny Crema bubbles we all look for in a perfect shot intact and unharmed. Furthermore the lack of a spout allows espresso directly into the cup for serving in most cases.
- Espresso Extraction Troubleshooting: bottomless portafilter allows barista to instantly deduce whether proper tamping technique has been achieved. If the extraction leans to one side or the other an improper angle was used when tamping. It's a must-have for those looking to improve their espresso quality.
- Double shot portafilter basket: Double shot filter basket can hold 16g of ground coffee. This is probably what we want to use on most days. Detachable coffee basket is easy to deep clean inside 54mm stainless steel portafilter. Food grade and dishwasher safe double shots basket along with it.
- Durable Construction: Crafted from high-quality food-grade stainless steel, this portafilter ensures long-lasting durability and heat retention, ergonomic design for comfortable grip and easy operation, heavy and sturdy handle better to grip and control during locking in, extracting and knocking out the puck.
- Easy to Clean: Detachable handle, filter basket, and dual nozzle makes cleaning and maintenance easier, ensuring corner free cleaning of all parts. Dishwasher safe for stainless steel parts. Confident to buy this espresso portafilter handle and enjoy the coffee time.
