About This
- 54MM BOTTOMLESS COMPATIBILITY – Designed for compatible Breville and Sage 54mm bottomless portafilters, including setups for the Barista Express, Barista Pro, Bambino Plus and Oracle. Not for stock spouted or pressurized portafilters
- 45.5MM STEP-DOWN COFFEE BED – The tapered basket reduces the brewing diameter from 54mm to 45.5mm, creating a deeper, narrower coffee bed for experimenting with a different espresso extraction style. Complete 45.5mm brewing kit
- STANDARD-FLOW 0.28MM DESIGN – Features 786 precision-formed 0.28mm holes for faster flow and greater clarity. A finer grind is generally required compared with the 0.18mm reduced-flow version
- CHECK TAMPER AND HEADSPACE – This basket requires a 45.5mm tamper. Check clearance between the puck screen and shower screen before brewing, and reduce the dose if the fit is too tight
- COMPLETE STEP-DOWN KIT – Includes one stainless-steel step-down basket, one 45.5mm dosing funnel, one 0.8mm puck screen, one spring and 200 matching paper filters
